Decentralised Infrastructure

By combining state‑of‑the‑art energy technology with a strong commitment to sustainability, OHM‑BESS delivers resilient and adaptable solutions for demanding military applications.

Designed for mission‑critical environments, OHM‑BESS integrates intelligent low‑voltage distribution, controllable load management and advanced energy monitoring into a single, robust system — fully integrated into existing control and SCADA systems.

When combined with a photovoltaic system, OHM‑BESS empowers military facilities with enhanced energy autonomy, operational resilience and reduced dependency on external supply — supporting secure, future‑ready operations in any scenario.

Fuel Cell

Our fuel cell enables a grid‑independent power supply, not reliant on solar or wind energy, for low power demands, while offering scalable capacity to meet higher requirements when needed — all with exceptional environmental sustainability.

Methanol is used as the energy carrier. Based on direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) technology, the fuel cell efficiently converts chemical energy directly into electrical energy, ensuring reliable and continuous power generation.

Gas Turbine Generator

The gas turbine generator represents a revolutionary advancement in mobile power supply systems. Equipped with an intake silencer and high‑current batteries, it delivers an output voltage of 400 V AC (alternatively 28 V DC) and a continuous power output of 7,000 W (or 8,000 W DC).
An exhaust silencer is available as an optional configuration.

The generator can be operated with diesel, petroleum or kerosene (Jet A‑1) as fuel. Fuel consumption is approximately 10 litres per hour.

Its ultra‑compact design offers a high specific power output. The total weight of the AC version is approximately 31 kg (35 kg with optional exhaust silencer), while the DC version weighs approximately 20 kg (25 kg with exhaust silencer).

Mobile Power Supply

The field UPS system is a military‑grade 24 V DC power supply unit designed for both stationary and mobile deployment.

An integrated battery ensures a secure and uninterrupted power supply even when operating with unstable or fluctuating energy sources.

Secure communication with the control systems enabled via a network interface. An optional configuration with selective output protection increases system availability, while the operating status is displayed on an ultra‑bright 5‑inch display.

The system can be operated by hardware control buttons and an intuitive touchscreen interface.

In camouflage mode, the unit operates silently and without visible emissions. A dedicated transport mode automatically deletes all access credentials, ensuring secure handling and transport.

Portable Power Unit

The portable power unit provides a mobile, silent and emission‑free power supply for DC loads in both military and civilian applications.

Thanks to its modular design, all components can be adapted on a project‑specific basis. This allows parameters such as dimensions, configuration and performance to be precisely tailored to the respective operational requirements.

An optional configuration with an AC output is also available, extending the range of possible applications.

Medium Voltage Switchgear

The tested and certified, factory‑assembled medium‑voltage switchgear systems can be used universally as ring main units (RMU) or as complex power distribution systems.

All systems are equipped with the necessary operating equipment, interlocking mechanisms and accessories to ensure a high level of safety and reliability for the installed system and the operating personnel.

Emergency Power Systems

The OHMEGA emergency power system offers a modern and future‑proof solution for a wide range of customer‑specific applications, thanks to their extensive configuration and expansion options.

The portfolio includes emergency power systems installed in ISO‑standard containers, sound‑attenuated enclosures, as well as mobile power generators, covering a broad spectrum of operational requirements.

Low Voltage Switchgear System

The ONS 5.1 low‑voltage switchgear system represents a modern and future‑proof solution for a wide range of applications – thanks to its extensive configuration options and the availability of fixed‑mounted, plug‑in and fully withdrawable designs.

The modular system architecture allows for versatile combinations tailored to project‑specific requirements. Switchgear panels can be configured with internal separation from Form 1 up to Form 4b, ensuring high levels of operational safety and availability.

Withdrawable units can be implemented in both plug‑in and switched versions, providing maximum flexibility in system design and operation.

Customized Battery Solutions

Each battery system is individually engineered and equipped with coordinated rectifiers, fuse panels and power distribution units to ensure safe and reliable operation.
